This delightful West African bronze sculpture depicts a king, two ladies and a guide. They are riding a mythical two headed beast. The king is holding staff of office in his left hand. Each of the women is holding a musical instrument. There is a guide standing next to the trio with his arms behinds his head. The group has a very dreamy  air about them.

A Malawian proverb comes to mind: "A quarrelsome chief does not hold a village together"
